Aluminum
Box Joint Jig
When attached to your miter gauge, this jig makes it foolproof to set up
and create perfect-fitting box joints. With an adjustable key slot and
replaceable backing strip, this is the easiest, most accurate way to
create perfect box joints on your table saw or router table.
Raised
Panel Jig
Use your router and an ordinary bit to produce flawless raised panels
with straight edges. Your router sits on a sliding platform
suspended above the jig's base on two steel guide rods. Simply place
your panel against the fence and slide it under the router. Move the
router out on the rods and make successive passes to cut the border as
wide as you want.
Band
Saw Circle Jig
This unique jig lets you accurately set up and cut perfect circles from
2" to 48" in diameter on your band saw. An adjustable rail with a
measuring tape locks down at the precise circle size you choose. The
whole jig rides on a runner in your miter gauge slot to keep it
positioned accurately.
Tenoning
Jig Hardware Kit
You can cut expert tenons easily on your table saw using this tenoning
jig. It has a double-stop system that allows you to cut both cheeks of
the tenon in one setup without removing your workpiece from the jig.
Drawer
Joint Jig
A locking rabbet makes a strong drawer joint, but it takes along time to
set up. However, this drawer joint jig cuts a locking rabbet joint
quickly with one setup. You can cut all the dadoes and rabbets, even the
groove for a drawer bottom. A groove in the sled and reversible fence
position your stock correctly for every cut.
Sliding
Cut-Off Table Kit
A cut-off table greatly simplifies cutting panels and making repetitive
cuts accurately on a table saw. The kit includes instructions plus all
the hardware needed to complete the project, including the aluminum
fence and rail, 3/4" MDF sled (base), aluminum hold-down bar with
adjustable feet, a Plexiglas blade guard, and a large push handle. |
